Hotel Clemens August - 1907

In 1907, our great-grandfather received the liquor license. That's how everything started that defines us to this day and that's why this beer got its name. This in-house unfiltered specialty brew is pure seduction. The cloudy white, fine-pored head of foam and the misty, wheat-yellow color are the beginning of a long journey. This begins with the slightly malty and delicate, green scent of hops. In the first drink there is a pleasant malty sweetness. The full-bodied body brings out light yeasty aromas, which end with delicate bitter notes of hops. Overall very tasty, pleasantly present, with high drinkability - slightly naturally cloudy with a fine-pored crown, delicate malt and caramel aromas in the smell. Full-bodied taste with mild hop bitterness. Refreshingly tasty on the finish.
