Brewed by hand, carefully fermented with a special beer yeast, stored for a long time – and not dealcoholized. The brewing barley from over 20 Upper Swabian farmers who cultivate their fields organically gives “Freies Gold” its strong, spicy character. The hops come from the Bentele family in Tettnang, pioneers in organic hop cultivation. Three different varieties of this “green gold” characterize the aromatic taste of the naturally cloudy “Freies Gold” – refreshing, delicious, and delicately tart. Thanks to cold hopping in the storage tank, these aromas come into their own.
