After almost a year, the time has come again, we have brewed a Leipzig Gose for you once more!
This time with a Norwegian Kveik yeast, which has contributed its tropical fruity aromas to the previous lactic acid fermentation.
Also joining the party, as is typical for a Gose, are coriander and salt, which beautifully round off the Fjord Gose.
The perfect beer for the warming days ahead!
Goldgelb, trüb, weißer Schaum.
