Cliff's Brauwerk Leipzig - Zirben Lager

Our fourth beer brewed with pine cones is here! Unlike our previous pine cone creations, which were based on a Golden Ale, this pine cone Lager is a bottom-fermented full beer. The lower residual sugar allows the resinous and sweet flavors of the pine cones to shine through perfectly. The result is a woody, refreshing beer with a wonderfully bitter finish that pairs well with spicy dishes or hearty burgers. Come and rejoice, the new pine cone beer is here!
