CLOCK Jordi’s 9th Anniversary

A light light but in which we used cocoa beans from Jordi’s chocolate factory. The taste is full, tones of caramel and roasted malts dominate here, which together with cocoa beans create the taste of dark chocolate. Fresh raspberries, which have been added to the primary fermentation, soften and refresh the taste.
