Beer description
Dark gold color and lower foam. Aroma of malt and fine hops. Medium full body, lower cut. The taste complements the biscuit tones of malt and the light fruitiness of East Kent Goldings hops. Before cooking, the water was adjusted to match the British Burton water as much as possible.
