Our ability to meet with such broad areas of the industry and share tips, ideas, techniques, ingredients and enjoy the fruits of our labour is a wonderful thing.Our utter love of the beers Fyne Ales produces, including the most sessionable cask pale ales, deeply flavourful Imperial stouts and delicate wild ales, needs no introduction; they epitomise refined flavour-first beers.This beer is born from our mutual love of Citra, and it appears in this strong pale in all its many forms - we've used whole leaf, pellets, cryo pellets, and flowable liquid extracts to pack in as much Citra as we possibly can.
