Cloudwater Brew - Second Breath

Second Breath is our first foray into using the hop product Mega Terps from Freestyle Hops. This little gem of a pellet is a custom blend of Southern Cross, Motueka And Rakua, combined with Phantasm's magical thiol precursors. This blend of Thiols, Terpenes and Esters helps dial up the unique flavours and aromas you expect from NZ hops. To help showcase this, we decided to use a classic trio of Motueka, Nelson, and Pacific Jade. The result is a total juice bomb: gummy sweets, candied melon, and overripe Mango take over the senses. This is a real sweet treat and a perfect example of how modern hop products can elevate flavour to an entirely new level.
