Clucking Hen - Rye Pale Ale

A dryhopped, aromatic Pale Ale meets a good portion of rye. At the beginning, it is very creamy in the mouth, then spicy, and at the good end, citrus aromas and a hint of honey remain on the tongue for a nice long time. The Rye Pale Ale gets its effervescence from the bottle fermentation.
