Humble Forager Brewery - Coastal Sunrise v7: Apricot, Orange, Plum, Cranberry, Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar

We created this breakfast pastry inspired sour ale after an Apricot Couronne. This pastry is layered with juicy apricots and plums with a glaze of orange juice for a balanced acidity before a touch of cranberry which rounds out the flavors with a slight bitter note. These fruity flavors are complemented by real vanilla beans, brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
