Cellarmaker Brewing - Coconut Bulletproof

Followers of the keto diet may have heard of ‘bulletproof’ coffee, or coffee with an energy sustaining addition of coconut oil (most often butter though). We thought it would be deliciously fun, and hilariously ironic, to make a beer (100% NOT keto) with Sightglass coffee and organic toasted coconut. The result is a creamy beverage that has rich notes of mocha chip ice cream and german chocolate cake.
