A collaborative ale from Yaoko and Koedo Brewery, crafted with seasonal ingredients from Saitama to capture the essence of the region. The beer style is “Saison” (derived from the French word for “season”), originating in Belgium. We’ve highlighted the rich flavor and aroma of Sayama tea leaves to create a refreshing, easy-drinking beer. Enjoy the rich natural beauty of Saitama in every sip.
