Beer description
In the spirit of ☘️ St. Patrick's Day ☘️ we decided to make a green mead using Pandan, a tropical plant with notes of vanilla and sugar cookies that provides a natural green color. Add in some coffee from our neighbors at Acento, some Congolese vanilla bean, and we ended up with a delicious sparkling mead that reminds us of our favorite pandan latte!
