Beer description
A unique coffee is grown on the charming Finca La Novia in Peru, 1850 meters above sea level. Gero and his COFI team acquired it after a trip to Cajamarca. This special coffee has notes of red fruits, grapes, plums and apples from an anaerobic fermentation process.
In the meantime, we at MUR have developed a light lager that perfectly suits this coffee and the season. We have used Ekuanot and Simcoe hops, which add notes of lime, peach, papaya, apple and pepper.
