Beer description
For this unfiltered golden beer, use a base of Maris Otter malt and very peculiar golden oats, which reinforce the nutty flavor of the almost 100 kg added roasted coconut from Tecomán. On this canvas capture the true raison d'être of this beer: American hops. Use 4 of the most precious varieties, at different stages of the process and in large quantities, to provide each drink with aromas of melon, mango, passionflower, tangerine and other citrus fruits that, together with the aroma of coconut, round off this tropical celebration.
