Beer description
Collaboration beer between DOTW and BlackPig from Courroux (Jura). A NEIPA brewed with barley malt, wheat, oats, and the Cryo Pop Blend from Yakima Chief. This New England IPA was fermented with a Verdant yeast.
Tasting notes: Hazy straw yellow, stone fruit aromas, tropical fruits, subtle resin notes, well-integrated carbonation, lively and smooth body, dry finish with pleasant hop bitterness.
