"Lager IPA" beer, a bottom-fermented, light, delicate and bitter beer base. The Mercantour IPA consists of a balanced alloy of malt and hops. The brewery has opted for bottom fermentation and the addition of hops through infusion after the first fermentation. This technique provides a fine mouthfeel and a very pronounced bitterness. They could have also called it the "Incredible Potion d'Aqui". Enjoy it at 6 to 8 degrees. Give it a try!
