Superstition - Congress Cat’s Claw

Sourced from Prescott’s Honey Man, this honey came from the nectar of Cat’s Claw plants located near the rural desert town of Congress, AZ. Cat’s Claw is a species of desert acacia with savage thorns, usually growing under 4500 feet in elevation. This honey produced a mead with very unique characteristics leading to an outstanding expression of Arizona terroir.
