Superstition - Congress Mesquite Blossom

Sourced from Absolutely Delightful AZ Honey, this varietal is both a Superstition favorite to ferment and in this exact honey, a novel and specific example of something gorgeous. Mesquite trees flourish in the low desert areas of Arizona and most of our Mesquite honey we use is blended from many areas of our state. This version is from a hyper localized apiary outside of Congress, AZ and offers a supreme combination of floral notes and unique terroir characteristics expressed in tropical notes of pineapple and guava.
