Espiga - Cookies Hole

Cookies Hole is born from the success of the pastry imperial stout Magic cookies. A blending of the Pastry Magic cookies with the Imperial Stout Dark Way, which has been previously bottled in Rom vat for 12 months, has been carried out. It is a Pastry Imperial stout barrel aged beer with a high density and flavours of vanilla, vanilla, coffee flavours and toast that are very well balanced. In aroma it captures the cookie biscuit that rests on a subtle layer of roasted coffee. In the dense and velvety mouthfeel we enjoy the coffee malts, the sweet and enveloping notes of the roasted coffee beans. At the end it leaves us with the sweet flavours of biscuits, vanilla and a very well-balanced oak aftertaste that invites us to drink another slice of this liquid pastry. It is ideal for sharing with friends and loved ones! Malts: malt of ordi, malt of civada, flocs of civada and ordi cru torrat. Hops: Galena Others: Vanilla, cocoa nibs and cookies.
