Beer description
A rich sour ale with the flavour and aroma of key lime pie.
Pastry saurkraut ale recipe:
Take all ingredients (see ingredients), cool to room temperature, chop, shred, frappe, chop, stir, whisk, strain, knead, place in a suitable container, blanch, decant, roll out thin, shape, glaze, caramelise, pan and bake
until smooth. And, of course, don't forget to add lime to taste.
