CoolHead - Nova IPA

Stella nova is Latin for a new star. Our intention was to light a new, brightly shining star in the sky of the finnish beer space, which combines the fruity hops of the modern world with the biting bitterness of the old world. Return of the style has been rumored for a long time. West Coast is finally a best coast next year, right? This modern West Coast IPA hopped with DynaBoost and Cryo versions of grapefruity Idaho7, given a fruity hug by Simcoe and Mosaic.
