Let’s get wild! A couple of years have already passed since our friends from Põhjala paid us a visit and we brewed a bold base for rye wine, the blends of which have matured in different barrels then. Everything beautiful comes to an end, so it’s time to release the last blend of the series. Subtle honey emerged from the original base, which we wanted to emphasize with the bourbon barrel. Along with dry fruits and honey, two years in barrels has intensified the caramelly aroma of American whiskey, which shake hands with toffee brought by rye.
