This ultra rare beverage is a hazy, sparkling and dry Pinot Noir and Orange Muscat Piquette Pyment. We made this amazing beverage by fermenting Arizona wildflower honey on the pressed skins of California Pinot Noir and Orange Muscat grapes. Harnessing a dose of honey in each bottle, Coral Coalescence naturally refermented yielding a fine sparkling quality with exquisite tiny bubbles.
