Brouwerij Corsendonk - Blanche

Pale gold, slightly cloudy and with white foam, this Belgian beer smells subtly refreshing of citrus fruit and mild malt notes. The attack is very fresh from citrus in combination with mild malt from caramel and bread. Typical of this Belgian wheat beer, the finish is delicately bitter and spicy from coriander. The 2019 gold medal from the World Beer Awards recognizes it as the best beer from Belgium in the Blanche beer variety. The label shows Mary and Jesus, referring to the monastic origins of this light beer. Overall, it is very thirst-quenching when drunk from a champagne glass at 6-8°C.
