Corte Morable Silvaner 89

I am Silvaner 89, a symbol of the night, the whirlwinds of life, reflection... the Dream. High fermentation beer, characterized by a dark colour, but not exactly black. Compact foam, malty and balanced taste with light and spicy notes of caramel, liquorice and rhubarb, hints of chestnut honey with a bitterish finish. Produced with artisan methods and according to the "Birra Agricola" specification it is not filtered, it is not pasteurized and it is preservative free.
