Coss-Eyed Owl Starfish Dunkel

The literal translation of Dunkelweizen is “Dark Wheat Beer”. This German style is a cousin of the more common Hefeweizen style. Dunkel’s have the same banana and clove finish you’d expect from a Hefe combined with a darker malt profile.
