Collaboration with Jon & Sean from Neenah's renowned Town Council Kitchen & Bar. This mixed-culture sour ale was custom blended from 5 varying character sour ales aging in Pinot Noir and Charred Oak barrels with Montmorency Cherries, beet sugar, brettanomyces and lactobacillus added throughout aging. Deep ruby in color, this beer's complex layers of flavor reveal themselves as the glass slowly warms in your hand.
