Lost Cause - Coveters’ Cove

Straight tiki cocktail. Made with mandarinquats from the central coast & local orange blossom honey, then aged in rum barrels from @sevencaves for over a year. Nice balance between the citrus, the floral honey, the rum and and the oak notes. Ok, so maybe the rum is a little heavy in the balance, but if you don’t like rum drinks don’t buy this (and reevaluate your life my friend). Heavy on the palate with a nice semi-sweet finish thanks to the acidic mandarinquats and alcohol.
