Beer description
A sessionable beer that is English in style but not really bitter at all. Well then, why's it called a bitter? In contrast to the milds of 19th century Britain, these pale ales were hoppier and sharper in contrast and the name stuck to this day.
This beer comes off the tap a beautiful pale amber color, very balanced with a nice mouthfeel, lightly toasted malt positive character and just enough English hops to round it out. A great after activity beer, campfire beer, cowboy beer, you name it. Sometimes as a human one of the most thrilling experiences can be to simply savor the feeling of living on the edge of uncertainty under the night sky telling stories.
