Sawdust City Brewing Co. - Crack A Window (2019 Experimental Pale Ale)

Our annual collab with Indie Alehouse is back! Crack a Window features a single hopped pale ale, that's all about the hop. Focusing on an experimental hop variety, HBC 692 from YCH Hop Farm, the purpose of this beer is to test the aroma and flavour profiles of a new hop variety. The finished product offers a light malt body, with a base of 2-Row and wheat, laying down a blank canvas for the new hop to shine. A bright lemon character presents both strongly in the aroma and flavour. Crisp and clean it finishes very dry, creating a refreshing easy to drink ale.
