Bishop Cider - Crackberry Sage

If you’ve learned anything about Bishop, we are the most innovative cider makers in the country, and the Crackberry Sage just shows why. Crackberry is one of our flagship ciders, but the crew wanted to see what variations might taste like, so they coupled it with sage. Although subtle, it adds a “there’s something in there, but I’m not sure exactly what it is, but I love it” element.
