Craftmayer Grünhopfen Pils - Hallertauer Blanc and Polaris (2023). Brewed with "green", freshly harvested hops. The cones end up in the brew directly after harvesting. This imparts unique aromas: herbs, flowers, citrus fruits. Refreshing, aromatic, tart. The master brewer takes his time and only releases the beer when he believes it has reached optimum digestibility through full maturation. Hops: Annually changing, fresh cone hops - Hallertauer Blanc and Polaris (2023). Malt: Barley malt. Color: Light golden yellow. Nose: The pilsner smells of herbs, flowers and citrus fruits.
