Brasserie Craig Allan - Schwarz

The beer pours a clear dark mahogany. The light brown foam is dense with fine bubbles. The nose is predominantly on the malt character with notes of toffee and light roast and cereals. The taste offers a nice balance of sweetness, maltiness and bitterness. The finish is hoppy fresh mixed with hints of liquorice and a delicate carbonation.
