Crak Brewery - 2026

Our end-of-year speech could have started and ended with ‘Fuck 2025’, but we prefer to toast to 2026. This year we have chosen three hops: Nectaron, Riwaka and Citra. These are the ones we liked best in the Perfect series and in various Limited Releases, particularly in Crak's first 10 years of beer. Nectaron offers an intense exotic fruity bouquet, with notes of peach, mango and papaya. Riwaka brings freshness and a citrusy splash of lime and passion fruit, with a delicate herbaceous aftertaste to balance a strong bitterness without losing balance. Citra, on the other hand, is the classic hop that we never want to give up, explosive with hints of citrus and tropical fruit.
