Beer description
In collaboration with Pasticceria Giotto we made panettone with our beer, Magma Bianco. Then we used the same panettone and created Giotto. Giotto is a flat, non-bubble Pastry Stout, matured for 24 months in chardonnay barrels with a large amount of Panettone. Tricky, oily and obviously tastes like panettone….Giotto.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
