Beer description
2025 was an extraordinary year for our winery: the barrels underwent a long ageing process, with 4 years in Scotch whisky barriques, 3 years in rum barriques and 4 years in Château Margaux barriques, creating a unique and complex blend. The amber colour becomes deeper and more intense, while the nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, figs and plums, enriched with notes of honey, sweet spices and hints of precious wood. On the palate, the structure is more vigorous than the 2024: layers of caramel, vanilla and cocoa blend with light toasted notes, while the finish reveals a more decisive, warm and enveloping spicy touch. This vintage surprises with its balance, structure and power, offering an intense and unmistakable sensory experience that excites from the very first sip.
