Crak Brewery - Perfect Strata Nelson Sauvin

In this new Hazy IPA from the Perfect series we've combined two hops that drive us crazy: Strata and Nelson Sauvin.The first comes from the USA and has everything we're looking for, with its unmistakable strawberry aroma. The second comes from New Zealand and is a classic that never ceases to amaze, with its notes of gooseberry and white wine.We used them in equal parts, both in the whirlpool and the dry-hop, to bring out the best in both. The result? A juicy explosion of exotic fruits, citrus, and grapes, on a smooth and velvety body, with a fresh and slightly bitter finish.
