Cranberry Pie Pale

This fun variation on a sweet & tart cranberry pie is based on an easy-drinking Pale Ale flavored with cranberry puree to give it an amazing tartness and aroma, lactose to give a fun sweetness and just the right amount of biscuit malt to provide the pie crust.
