Bishop Cider - Cran’t Touch This

The crew has been seen in the back rubbing their hands together like the mad scientist in the movie Young Frankenstein. And this is what all that hand rubbing was about. Rather than the “normal” way of infusing flavors into the cider, we fermented cranberry and apple together. What the crew created is a really big nose up front and delicious, complex flavors for this mouth puckering cranberry cider.
