Crazy Duck Brewery - Ju-PI

The name for this beer came about quite spontaneously. We hooked up a test keg at a local pub, and a cloudy, bright yellow liquid flowed from the tap, which smelled like a gin when poured into a glass. After the first sip, we knew it was JU-PI. It is an American-style wheat beer that does not have the banana flavor of classic wheat beers. The emphasis is on aromatic hops, which provide a lot of aroma and flavor. We used Citra and Mosaic.
