Lazy Duck is a Belgian wheat beer with the addition of coriander seeds and orange peel. These additives, wheat malt and yeast, give the beer a particularly refreshing and slightly acidic and extremely pleasant taste. With fresh beer, the body is cloudy, straw-yellow in color and has a medium, fluffy white head. It goes well with pizza or light summer salad. But after a while, it completely clears up.
