Zerouc is an unpretentious beer, with a taste based on malty caramel notes. There is also a light honey flavor that leaves a dry taste in the mouth and makes you want another sip. The hops used are Czech Saaz hops, typical for lager beers, and the taste is mild and grassy. But ultimately, who reads anyway? It's all about quenching thirst!!!
