Wild Ride Brewing - Crazy Eight Cold IPA

To celebrate our 8th anniversary, we brewed Crazy Eight Cold IPA. This emerging style of IPA incorporates a very light and easy-going malt character that allows the hops to really take the stage. This style is unique because it uses a Lager yeast and ferments at a higher temperature to help create a clean, crisp mouthfeel. The aroma is full tropical fruit with a touch of stone fruit. The overall hop flavor is dominated with passion fruit and orange citrus, and it finishes somewhat dry but not overly bitter.
