A light-bodied and full-flavoured pale inspired by the recent Cold IPA trend, but with a New Zealand twist. A grain bill featuring rice and corn balances with the remarkably distinct white wine aroma of Nelson Sauvin and stone fruit notes from Rakau, fermented cold with an ale strain to provide a crisp and clean finish.
