Beer description
The "che BELLE GOSE" is a unique and inimitable beer birrario experiment 8 hands, produced by Daniele Cosenza (Birrificio Civale), Alessio Selvaggio and Federico Casari (Croce di Malto) and Riccardo Franzosi (Birra Montegioco).
Inspired by the salty beers of Leipzig (gose) produced with the addition of white and pink salt. It has a velado blond color, with white foam to fine grain. The aroma is dominated by floral and coriander notes, well highlighted. At the first sip, you immediately appreciate the salt, present but never intrusive, which is in perfect balance between the sweet notes of malt and those delicately hopped of German hops. A touch of final acidity cleans the palate and immediately invokes the new sip. To drink by the bucket!
Luppoli: Magnum, Tettnager.
Special Ingredients: wheat and oats.
Spices: coriander, white salt, pink salt.
Award: Bronze at Unionbirrai Beer of the year 2018
Curiosity: the "che Belle Gose" is a collaborative beer but above all "solidarity" as the first crush was born to finance the projects of the Children’s Association with the CCAM of Voghera and still today the breweries advocate the cause of the association by making known the objectives of the association and the problems of children who are born with malformations pulmonary. It is just the case to say... "what beautiful gose!"
Label: the work on the label is by Ribosio ("Scoprendo belle gose", 2015).
