Beer description
Binding ourselves to the territory with a light, thirst-quenching yet flavorful beer was one of the most intriguing challenges in our work. Rus (‘red’ in Novara dialect) is a bitter characterized by the use of Ermes rice, a prized variety, very aromatic and... naturally red!
Tasting notes
Foam: white and compact, fine-grained and with good persistence.
Nose: The nose begins with malty and slightly caramel notes, followed by a range of aromas between jasmine and sandalwood.
Taste: The attack is slightly malty, the Riso Ermes reveals elegant notes reminiscent of travel to the Orient, the body is light, the carbonation is medium-low, the drink is exceptionally smooth.
