Diablo’s Delight with Raspberries was fermented with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillis and Pediococcus in a freshly dumped Merlot barrel for 8 months, and what resulted was pretty magical. This beer won a silver in the 2018 California State Fair Commercial Beer Competition.
