Caiman is sharp, bitter and restless and is an American IPA. From the depths of the Everglejds Wetlands, it is crowned with exotic New Zealand rakau hops. The aromas of pineapple, white grapes and grapefruit with a pleasant bitterness and a long aftertaste make this India Pale Ale unusual. 14.5 °. EBC: 12.5
