Sourced from Mountain Top Honey in Flagstaff, AZ, this wild honey was produced by bees who were working in a remote high desert region near the Sedona exit off I-17. The flavors in the resulting mead are some of the most interesting we have tasted from an Arizona honey boasting woody notes, fruity umami, leather, sage and vanilla.
